Privacy, plainly.
The short version: we hold what you send us, we use it to do the work, and we don't sell it or track you.
What we collect
What you give us: your name, email, company, and whatever you tell us about your business by email or when booking a call. Nothing is collected silently.
Where it lives
Our email, and Calendly for scheduling (their privacy policy covers the booking widget). Agent work happens inside your own systems, under your own accounts.
What we don't do
No analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, no data sales, no profiling. This site sets no tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're working together or talking about doing so. Ask and it's gone.
Your rights
Email contact@ruxleysystems.com to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you. You can also complain to the ICO, though we'd rather fix it first.
