Each engagement gets a written quote; these are the standing rules underneath.

Scope

What we'll build, by when, and for how much is defined in a written quote before work starts. The quote wins over anything on this website.

Payment

Fixed‑scope work (web, film) is invoiced on launch, per the quote. Agents are built free. You maintain a prepaid balance covering the AI processing your agents consume, drawn down at our cost with no markup; unused balance is refundable. Outcome fees are invoiced monthly in arrears, for completed outcomes only, as defined in your agent's written specification. Cancel at any time with nothing further to pay.

Your property

On full payment, your website and films are yours outright — files, accounts, everything. Agent configurations are licensed to you while a subscription is active.

Our promises

Agents are monitored continuously; failures are ours to fix and support is included in the fee. We never use your business data to serve anyone else.

Liability

Our total liability under an engagement is capped at the fees you've paid us in the previous 12 months.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
